Train Like Coach Erin

Utilizing principles of progressive overload training, choose from a library of 5 Week staring training programs designed to build lean muscle, sculpt your body and get you stronger the most effective and efficient way possible.

Coach Erin is certified in a variety of exercise modalities including barre, strength training, physique building, high intensity interval training, piyo, power and vinyasa yoga and Pilates. You’ll find her programs to be uniquely creative and well suited for the female body.

Each 5 week program is different in exercises and sequence while all consistent in their focus on building long, lean, strong lines throughout the entire body.

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned lifter, Lift with Erin’s strength training program is for you!

 

Home and Gym Workouts

Coach Erin believes in a “no excuses” philosophy when it comes to doing things that are good for you. Especially, if they also make you feel good.

Every progressive overload strength training workout can be successfully accomplished at home, a gym or even on the road. Whether you are investing in new equipment or dusting off some lovingly used weights, you can jump right in!

 

Lift with Erin App

All workouts are accessible through a custom Lift with Erin app. The app allows for video demonstrations of each exercise, the ability to track weight, reps and sets, week over week to ensure progression.

Available through both the Apple and Android app stores, once you complete registration online, you can download the app and get lifting!
