In this virtual program, how do we access the content and programs?

Coach Erin’s entire program operates through an app, Everfit. You will have complete access to all webinars, resources, workouts, forums and direct messaging to Coach through this app.

How do I download the Lift with Erin App?

Through the Apple or Android App Store, download Everfit. Use the login credentials you created when you signed up for a plan or program with Coach Erin. Once you download and log in to the app you will gain immediate access to the Lift with Erin programs and resources.

I purchased a custom macro plan but have YET to receive it.

All custom macro plans take a minimum of 3 days to be created. Coach Erin takes pride in ensuring each plan is tailored to your goals, body, bio markers, lifestyle. Once the plan has been finalized a video recorded copy, along with a printable PDF will be uploaded into your LWE Everfit account.

What equipment do i need for the workouts?

The progressive overload strength training program is best served with a variety of hand weights and resistance bands. With that said, it can be effectively completed with your own body weight. There is a “How to Video” within the Move Resources, once you’ve activated an account that walks through how to find success with the workouts with the equipment you have available.

I am vegetarian/vegan. Can i enjoy a macro NUTRIENT focused diet?

Yes! Coach Erin’s husband “tries” to be vegan so she is quite familiar with different eating philosophies. If you are looking into one of Coach’s plans or programs, as part of the intake form she will gather your nutrition/food preferences and factors them into the macro plan you receive.

I am unable to complete a program a signed up for. May i receive a refund.

Unfortunately there are no refunds once plans have been developed and delivered. If you are unable to complete a program, Coach Erin is able to “pause” your account and when you are ready to complete, it may be reactivated.

Am I able to change when the workouts appear in my calendar?

Yes, you can move the workouts around. In the upper right hand corner of the app (within the calendar view) that allows you to “edit” the existing schedule to fit your own.

I several injuries or limitations. Will i be able to do the life with erin workouts?

If you sign up for the 1:1 coaching or The Macro Movement coached programs, Coach Erin will customize the strength training program to meet you where you are and where are headed! All other programs are designed for groups and may not be customized, however every workout is designed with the female body in mind and with exercises that are low impact and aligned.
