WHAT IS A DEFICIT?

When we consume calories below what our body burns each day, this is called a “deficit”. In order for us to lose weight we must be in a deficit. Do you have the goal to lose weight? Unsure what deficit calories and macros would be for your body?

One custom calorie and macro count based on your health metrics, goals, lifestyle and other factors. Coach Erin video records her walking you through a full 18 page plan plus gain access to the Lift with Erin Macro Resources within the LWE app such as grocery lists, recipes, how to videos and more.

What is a reverse diet?

The process by which you go from a deficit phase back up to maintenance level calories while sustaining the results of a deficit OR in the instance you’ve been eating low calories for a long time and need to rehab your metabolism, a reverse diet will help.

What’s included?

A step-by-step calorie and macro plan video recorded by Coach Erin, mapping out how to get back to maintenance calories whether after a deficit or to rebuild your metabolism. Access to additional Macro Resources through the LWE app such as groceries lists, recipes, how to videos and more.

This plan is for you if?

If you have reached your weight loss goal and want to sustain the results. Have been eating too low of a calorie diet and want to rehab your metabolism so you may one day go into a deficit to reach your weight loss goals.

What’s IS A FULL 360 DAY PLAN?

This is a comprehensive look at Nutritional Periodization and how to work with our body to achieve our health and wellness goals. We cannot diet forever so having a plan. designed by a coach, that supports our metabolism and hormones while we diet and look to achieve our goals is key.

WHAT’s included?

A complete picture of what a dieting cycle would look like, tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle. From maintenance calories (the level you eat at without gaining weight, deficit phase for weight loss, diet break and reverse. Coach Erin provides a video recording walk-through and a PDF of the plan.

THIS plan is for you if?

You are self motivated and have some big goals! Sometimes it will take longer to lose weight than expected and having a fully mapped out plan and timeline to get there is all you need to achieve your goals!
