Lift with Erin is built on the principals of progressive overload strength training and Erin has designed a program specifically with the female body in mind utilizing a series of exercise modalities include barre, yoga, pilates and traditional lifting.

The best part is that Coach Erin will customize a training program based on your objectives, abilities/limitations and access to equipment.
